Sometimes things look they are gone but all of a sudden they come back. A deal could go cold and you could be ready to march on but all of a sudden it heats back up. This is what has been happening to me as I thought the demands I put on a deal were kind of too much and I was ready to walk away. Then I get word that the other side already knew they had to give up that but was hoping no one would notice. So now the deal is back on and what I thought was impossible is now possible.

This is why I never really walk away I just put in my bid and go concentrate on something else. Most deals kats believe someone else will come along but they never do. In the end everyone abides by the Golden Rule of the game which is a bird in the hand is better than two in a bush. Can’t count chips you don’t have even though they wish a Sucker would come along and pay double.

Now don’t get me wrong sometimes they are just gone and you have to learn to cop and blow. But, when they come back knowing you said fvck it I only want to pay if the game is laid out this way is BEAUTIFUL.  So that’s what’s going down right now as this deal was pulled out of the Black hole and is now full of light. I was ready to walk away and pretty much was gone but I guess the GOLDEN Rule came through again.

Like I said I just kept it going but I wasn’t really thinking it was going to come through. So you never know what the kat on the other side of the deal is dealing with. He might’ve needed money or realized that if he doesn’t take my deal he might not have another one for a long time. You always want to cash out when what you have is worth the most but you also want to get out when you see the price going down and down. I don’t know which one this is but I’m glad I hung around to get it.
