The Right Thing to do
Reading time: 2 – 4 minutes
It always amazes me that a kat could work at the most hellish place he’s ever been in but he still wants to leave respectfully. He’ll help the company by still doing his work for the next two weeks and even train mawfvckers to work at his desk. He’ll stay behind and work hard to make sure Monday morning when the next slave sits down they’ll have a easy time on the plantation working the cotton gin. He’ll feel good about it as he goes home and thinks to himself it was the right thing to do. To leave hell but make sure you clean up after yourself is the right thing to do!
I know on the plantation you don’t want to ruin your reputation and you want references from the House Workers to say you were good in the Field. You feel sorry for the slaves you left behind so you try to ease their servitude by making sure they don’t have to clean up your shit. You go out to lunch on your last day and everyone says good luck and it was nice knowing you. Damn, it must feel pretty good to do the right thing. I guess it’s one of those treat others like you would want them to treat you right?
This is that Slave Mind at work again that actually wants to please the mawfvcker who made you want to quit. If a mawfucker gave you a hard time getting a damn candybar you wouldn’t turn around and say Thank you for fvcking me over have a nice day. I laugh everytime someone says to me I’ll do the right thing by them. WTF do you mean as the company and the devils who run it drove you the fvck out of there. Now because you want the devil to know there’s no hard feelings you make sure the DEVIL’s company doesn’t miss a fvcking beat?
WOW! I know when I tell kats to leave like they would leave you… POOR, SHOCKED, NO KNOWING WHAT YOU”RE GOING TO DO TOMORROW & WONDERING WHAT YOU COULD’VE DID WRONG! I know that’s too harsh for the slaves that can’t live life without the devil’s reference. But, come on when do you get to return the favor the devil did to you? I know when I leave I just walk out and I don’t comment nor answer any follow up emails. I figure I wanted to get out of hell at that moment and that’s exactly what I did. To leave the devil scrambling to make sure Hell is running efficiently is as stupid as finishing 2 + 2 = 5.
I know those of you with the Slave Mind are reading this saying I’m just a sore loser victim. But, ask yourself who is the victim the mawfvcker who got up and left or the mawfvcker who stays around to straighten up the house after a ass whippin!

Nailed it. Personally, I think its a security mechanism, helps a person compensate for feelings of loss for getting fired or having to quit!
When you own yourself, no need to compensate for the loss, as the person who loses your skills is the one who loses!
Now you know you are “supposed” to treat others like you want to be treated. Now that I’m getting older I realise that was a bold face lie. Everyone doesn’t deserve to be treated like a king. That’s like some one punch you in the face and you turn the other cheek. I guess thats how you wanted to be treated right.
I put in a 2 week notice only once and I only worked one day then never went back in. Once I decide to get out of hell can’t let satin know when I’m leaving. I just sneak out the window and dissaper into the night while.
I definitely disagree with this one. While the DEVIL may make you want to leave at that instant, you have other people that you’ve come to know and like to consider. You could be screwing your coworker/friend if you don’t clean everything up before you leave.
Sure, both of you work for the plantation. But to disregard your fellow slaveworker just because you dont give a damn anymore is wrong. The people element is completely missing in this post.
@Reader – Money is all business it’s just Suckers think emotions are involved. They show no mercy in letting you go because it’s all business to them and somehow someway we are supposed to show love back! SHEEIIITTTT
When you own yourself you just make the deal. When the deal is not good for you it’s time to get out of that deal. But, nowhere in this game are you supposed to just sit there and deal with a fvcked up deal!
In the end they move on and fill the spot with another slave. In the end the Hustler moves on and starts their next Hustle!
@Anubis – LMBAO at sneaking out the window! Bruh we are runaway slaves in this game as we all start on the plantation and some of us notice ain’t no gates keeping us in here! The rest are slaves who wonder if they will have something to eat other than shit pie!
See that Bible talk bruh got us twisted. We take the wisdom and somehow it makes us losers. Really that’s just in life to be cordial, nice good honest folk. But, it sure as Heaven don’t mean for us to take a shit deal in life and try to make the best of it.
@JP – Welcome – I appreciate your point of view but I disagree. All of the slaves voluntarily work there and when the Master makes you want to quit sure you feel sorry they have to carry two bales more of cotton but I ain’t carrying that shit one foot further. I love my people but I ain’t going to stay around out of SLAVE MINDED guilt of now Jethro got to carry two bales and that might break his back. If Jethro wants to run with me then damnit I got the plan, the route, the stamina and the way out.
See the devil got you worried about the slaves left behind. Brother in this game you tell them how to get out and then you proceed to do just that. If you so worried about it leave them a fvcking note near the haystacks and tell them you’ll be back. Meet them for lunch or for drinks the next day and lace them with the escape route.
Once. I gave a two week notice only once and if I were able to do it again, I wouldn’t because when I did, I was terminated on the spot under the reasoning “well, you’re leaving anyway, why not save us both the time and energy”. I felt like a damn fool for trying to do what I thought was proper.
See bruh, that’s why I always think you better be ready to go. Rarely does a cat get to stay the full two weeks. If you would’ve known all that you would’ve timed the game perfectly and left that plantation Thursday and started the new one on Monday!
The angle is they don’t care what you think of them when you leave but somehow someway we need their reference to get put on someplace else. The game I used to run was get my friend on the plantation number and tell them he was my supervisor and have them call him and he would vouch for me. Fvck the devil putting in a good word!
Good points everyone. While ago at the plantation I heard 2 slaves saying they would not quit they would like to fire for they can get unemployment. I just listen and said nothing.
Well that’s the hustle for a lot of folks as they want that unemployment. It’s so much of a problem that a lot of companies aren’t hiring because they are still contributing to past unemployment claims.
It’s just the way of this recession. Kats better get used to this kind of life as it ain’t over yet. Hustle is the answer but most people don’t want to put in the effort!
Fuck all that shit man ill be damned I gotta work harder just because somebody quit lol.these people try getting me to work harder without increasing my funds check my progress and be like “well if ya can’t do it or if you don’t want the job it just say so Tony because this is the job!” naw ni99a i signed up for shit pay to sweep the floor, you want it mopped?pay up..
think the best way to quit is when you’re all paid up.example;getting paid Tuesday for the previous week worked. Call in sick so you don’t rack up anymore work days, grab that last check and bounce for good. Personally I ain’t callin in I’m just gonna dip out
Well you’re scheduling it as I knew cats would use all their personal days and everything before they finally left. When I usually quit I have something set up the next day or Monday so it’s basically the same thing. I usually don’t like to milk the devil I’d just rather leave the devil.
