Stick to your guns is to refuse to change your ideas although other people try to make you change them. It comes from the military which means to continue shooting at an enemy although it puts you in great danger.
No one will ever agree with you on the way you got about getting your empire. Plenty of people watch other people succeed with a idea they had. The difference is someone stuck to their guns, goals and mission while the Sucker did not.

In life, it seems that when you have a different mentality people are always going to test you. Or at least make comments on how you choose to live. The only way to get through it is to remember why you are doing what you’re doing.
When it comes to money, if you’re not blowing it like others, then they question you. Especially if you don’t partake in some of the same shit your homies do-going to the club all the time, going out, etc. This is especially true if you’re saving up and not spending like they are.
When it comes to women, if you prefer the Michelle Obama-type to the Nicki Minaj-type, then dudes make cornball comments. Like getting the chick who’s got Nascar numbers on the odometer and a Basketball Wives outlook is more exciting than getting a chick that can help you build.
When it comes to possessions, if you’re not trying to floss like all the other broke wannabe dudes out here, then you get sideways looks.
At the end of th day, the weak will try to fit in while the strong will try to get out.
I truly believe everyone has a million dollar idea it’s just they quit. Probably from all the people telling them they are crazy and them not having enough self esteem to say fvck them and try it anyway.
Shit, I got cats trying to validate my background, questioning my intelligence and seeing if I pee straight. So believe me it’s part of the game because even when you are right then the same haters will say I have a ego. So what can you do.
When you are a shepherd you can’t be on all fours like the sheep. You can’t look like a sheep, eat like a sheep, socialize like the sheep or shit like the sheep. So you got to be strong to know GOD made you stand upright in this game and since the sheep are no threat we are just passing through.
Once you have that GOD view of the world homie a lot of people look like fvcking jokes. We just have to learn not to question our vision and our mission. We have to be strong despite what the lost say is the way.

Truthful podcast. Most of the people in my vicinity will call me crazy or weird or look at me funny for not tricking off thousands of dollars on clothing or for not banging every chick I see.
My path is strictly trying to set myself up for that long term money but most of my friends will question me for not going off to Friday night parties in Rio(popular cinema in MD), hitting random hoes or even being more boastful. I have too many responsibilities and obligiations for me and my family to be following others.
When it comes to money, people will try to question me on a daily basis on why I don’t do this and that.
But its like this ish passes off the most in high school more than anywhere else. Too many youngins question everything you do differently as opposed to them.
Sticking to your guns enables you to WILL things into being.
The universe cooperates to the determined soul.
It’s been proven time & time & time again in My life and the lives of others I’ve read.
@PC – You’re so young in the game your life must be difficult. You’re around cats who don’t even know what the world is about let alone what they are about. You being yourself so early is a blessing and a curse. The blessing is you’ll be very productive in the formation years and a curse because you’ll be like me chilling with cats in their 30′s when I was 21 in college. The game is rough but rewards the disciplined.
Keep building and keep being humble. GOD rewards the willing.

Freeman I know the feeling about losing the freedom to job. I hate it.
Bruh, it’s only been a couple of weeks but when I stand outside it feels like I’m in jail. I’m getting over it day by day like a drug addict.
But, it makes me think of all the things I could be doing and so I’m returning to them with a vengeance to never be under anyone again.

After listening to this I don’t feel bad about getting mine. Lately I’ve been attacked for going after my money. But you’re right..cats are so hungry they will try to stop you from getting a penny more. I feel ya on the work angle, it is motivation. I bet you looking at the exit door every 5 minutes. lol.
Bruh bruh! Man I’m ready to go as soon as I walk in the door and hear the bullshit. Somedays go by fast but most are slow. Plus since I can see the money I think it’s not a good deal for me to be in but I’m there for a reason and in two weeks that reason will be over with.
But I tell you what cats can tell what time it is by looking at me as I take all my breaks and I’m there on time and I leave on time. I drop the shit in my hand like a hot potato and shake. LOL
