Politically Correct

Even when people run their own business you’ll find they’ll still give you the politically correct answer. Unless they have total freedom from just about everyone most people in business will never tell you the real dope. This is why you’ll read a book from a person you like and are sure they came from the same soil but the book is full of vague crap. The truth of the matter is most of the books you read are not real business people but people whose business depends on their fame. They have a product that they depend on the public liking and isn’t essential so they can’t afford to tell you that they went through a ton of bigots. Real talk you can’t learn anything from anyone who doesn’t tell you exactly what they think!

Most people are cowards and they’ll call it being politically correct. Somehow someway the secret snitches service are all around them and they want to give the most Vanilla answer. Now don’t mix this up with keeping it real because anyone who can’t control their mouth is equally as stupid. The real key is there is a time and place for the truth and a time and place for politically correct babble. So you might see me in a public place probably saying No Comment but on backchannels I’ll tell you exactly what I feel. Now the difference is I personally won’t answer somethings that are not important but I sure as hell won’t give you some “I’m praying for them” BS!

When you make your business hire a PR person who specializes in BS management aka Political Correctness. Nowadays people are mixing up real business with entertainment. Most people who run a real business are serious minded and prefer to be frank (just like ME!) because you not being able to handle the raw truth means you are a baby. Make sure you control your EGO as most business people get drawn into making comments primarily because people think they are smart. Lastly just keep your mind on your business and turn down all conversations to speak about non-business matters as you never see Bill Gates or Warren Buffet telling you what they think about Gay Marriage do you?

Remember the person who is politically correct cannot be trusted worth a damn. Real business minded people have to make real decisions so that means there is a definite winner and loser. Real business minded people are trusted because you can rely and build on where they stand as that’s the core of business relationships. Real business minded people don’t look for fame or to entertain as the money is in providing and owning the opportunity not seizing the opportunity.

Real talk if you are about your chips there’s no reason to talk about anything that doesn’t contribute to your EMPIRE!
