One to Grow On Part 1 – Podcast

Reading time: < 1 minute

This podcast is a couple of topics that I couldn’t quite make into full podcasts but I thought they were important to get out. I decided to leave the music out of this one so your mind wouldn’t wander and wonder. So enjoy the last podcast of 2010 and thank you for your support.

See you January 3rd with the NEEWWWW!

I am proud that all 3 graduated from college single,no children. You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink. They need to take your advise & develope something they can call thier own. I started a independent insurance agency 3 months ago . I was a captive agent for 30 yrs.I look forward starting my day with your blog & Podcast. I appreciate your generosity because quality education cost money.

Welcome Mr. Eric – I appreciate the compliment as I am trying to tell what I’ve seen and hopefully provide enough reason for everyone to have a business of their own. No matter how big or small independence breeds a sense of accomplishment.

Hopefully I didn’t offend you by cursing in the podcasts but it’s used to drive home a point. Education does cost money and for those of us who have it we should share it so we can move our race forward.

DAMN good point, Freeman!! I still don’t understand the logic behind these idiotic decisions to live out by the mall in some cheap ass house that will literally blow away at a strong wind. Hell I can see Bank of America tower from my balcony. So thanks for validating homie.

People want a cheap house so much that they don’t realize the builders are just building a customer base. That’s why every community seems to have some mall or something near it. It’s the perfect setup to create houses to promote the mall they own. It’s a damn monopoly move!

The game is to stay centered to where money can be made. Most if not all suburbs are built to house the middle class so they can be happy with a popsicle stick house.
