Read-Return-Repeat

Reading time: 4 – 6 minutes

I know most people are scared or intimidated to read books but that’s where they keep the CHIPS! You and I aren’t going to have a chance to mentor under a millionaire, Oprah is not going to do a show called the keys to the game and they don’t do bags of money in the armored trucks anymore. So whether you like it or not you are going to have to read a lot of books in order to master the art of money. I know a bunch of you think you can just get game from watching other people but you forget everyone who really makes money can’t be seen.

Read

Stop looking for the book that everyone says is the best one. Most likely you are hearing a book is good from someone who likes to read to know about things and do nothing with it. Don’t read for enjoyment as that is by far the most stupid thing you could ever do. Books contain information so read them for information if you want to enjoy yourself read the book while drinking a Coca-Cola. You need to raise your reason for reading above just knowing that’s why you find it boring. Who wants to read books as they aren’t graphic enough to describe a story that’s why they give kids pictures like comic books.

Either way read everything you can get your hand on when it comes to making money. I don’t care who wrote it as the devil often is behind information. If you met the man who wrote it you would probably kill him from his past but since he wrote the book one devil usually tells you how he got around the other devils.

Return

You’ll be able to tell what’s a good book because you will return to it again and again.  If the cat is telling the truth then you’ll see it as you apply the game he laid out. If you don’t return to it either the cat is talking about something you haven’t seen yet or the book is garbage and it should be thrown in the trash. Don’t get it twisted there are people who write about money because they know you will buy it.  Most of these Suckers are groupies to the game and want to write a biography about the cats who did it but can’t follow through because they never lived it.

Good books are like encyclopedias as they’ll identify and define. Great Books are like found cash on the ground as they will change your life.

Repeat

You got a lot when you first read the book now you need to go back for the rest. Most likely you have grown and applied since the last time you read the book . There were things you didn’t even pay attention to that the cat was lacing you with because you didn’t know what they looked like. If the Great book got some money in your pocket or changed your life repeating reading it will show you new angles. It happens to everyone as they grow up. When you were a infant to the game you got enough to walk but you need to repeat to run and then repeat again to find out you should’ve got someone else to run for you in the first place! Great books are written by people who have experienced multiple levels of game but you only paid attention to the level you were currently in. Wisdom comes from living and applying so the things you missed were because you didn’t live them yet.

Read every Great book you read at least once a year if only to keep your game sharp. Most Suckers have read it but they haven’t mastered it. If any book you ever read changed your life most likely you didn’t realize it was actually capable of changing the world and everyone on it.

the 1 book in my collection that i notice i always tend to go back to is “the Richest Man In Babylon” by George S. Clason.

for those of you who dont have it, you are definitely missing a jewel. its a quick read and the game in it is simple and basic. whenever i feel like ive been slipping this book gets me back on my square.

“Richest Man in Babylon” is a very solid book. Lots of game in that one. I just picked up “Creating Wealth” by Robert Allen and the “48 Laws of Power” by Robert Greene. Looking forward to seeing what’s going to pop from these books.

I always read for pleasure but I moreso read because I was trying to find something. Even books about history or other subjects, I read because I wanted to get something from it-some piece of information. Gotta look for the nuggets.

“The Fountainhead” by Ayn Rand. When I started hearing Freeman talk about doing for self I felt like he was the character “Howard Roark” from this book on objectivism.

@A.B – I have never read “The Richest Man in Babylon” I will have to pick that up myself and revamp the recommended books tab.

@MCD – Truth be told most business books are boring as hell. I think you have to change your mind and be on the lookout for the come up in them and then you’ll enjoy it. Once you find a nugget and you can turn that into some chips you’ll switch to reading for what it can personally do for you.

@JGalt – Welcome – The Fountainhead is a old book like 1943 right? I think they made it into a film. I remember the name of the book but I have to revisit it to pick up the revised game.

You are correct Freeman. It is a book about a man who wanted to be an architect and start his own firm and do things his own way even when everyone else was telling him he would fail or they were trying to make him fail. In the end he “won” by having his own architectural firm.

Freeman, like you his “work” was his religion!!!

It should be like religion as it is the way of this life in the USA. All the rest of this stuff is a lie while other people are out here building empires we are accepting the BS american dream!

At one time everyone thought the earth was flat so it’s going to take a certain level of persecution to change the world and make them understand they have been going about it ass backwards.

truth is most individuals who are successful are well read and i don’t they mean they necessarily went to school, just read and picked up game on their own. warren buffet read all the business oriented books in his local library by the time he was twelve.

It’s simple! A kid has to be told what to do, what to learn and what to eat because they don’t know any better. A Man or Woman should know how to do all of these things so if they want to get better they should seek the way to get better. It’s all in these books and the game is free but who will decide to do all the research?
