Passion for the CHIP$ – Podcast

Reading time: 1 – 2 minutes

Some have passion to paint, some have a passion to act yet some have a passion to be passionate. ME, the only passion I have is for making money. Everything else is some cornball reason to be passionate and part of some book that told you to do what you’re passionate about. What people never told you is that passion is fleeting and making money is long and hard so how can you have the two? Well if you’re like me the passion is in the process and not in the product and Viola you have the Passion for the Chip$ podcast….

Young Freeman, glad you are back.. GREAT podcast as usual, as you know i’m still doing the dvd, cd hustle and stacking chips so i can jump off in the teenager party game, but whats so funny is that when i bar b que I’m always outside with my boombox and my next door neighbor always want me to play some songs for him and he tells me I have a passion to be a dj, I just chuckle to myself because I know this dj thang is just a hustle to open doors for other things. I’m still reading “Why Should white Guys Have All The fun” and I thought about why aren’t these book on audio, because I work at the Ford plant and everyone always have there ipods on and the audiobooks make the day go by so much faster, so I am gonna check into that.

This is the new year for cats who understand money. Labor Day weekend is when you suppose to be starting on the 4th Quarter money making season.

In addition, this is the season you jump into the stock market as commercial activity begins and speculation begin to rise. Cats should do research and see that stocks rise after Labor Day (with a small bump in October) and rise up to the end of the year and then cats cash out for tax reporting reasons.

I have much respect for the cat who goes out and wash windshields, take all the newspapers out of a newspaper machine with one quarter and sell those at the bus station and shoe shine business people downtown before they arrive at the office on the streets. Because at the end of the day, that cat who did all of that can dig in their pockets and pull out money and understand what the f*ck this is all about – getting the money.

Welcome back Freeman, me & my lady didnt even have to be anywhere this morning but I woke her ass up at 5am just to listen to R&G wit me.

For a min I thought it was something wrong with me because I had no other passion for making money except for making the money itself.

I was sitting in my English professors office awhile back & he was asking me what my passion in life was, why i was in college, etc. I told dude that I wanna get money, I dont want to work for nobody else and be dependent on a paycheck, etc.

He just kept asking me “but why mr butler”, “whats the passion mr butler”, “you have to have a reason bigger than money mr butler”

In my mind im like “gettin money” is the passion but dude making me feel like i gotta be on some save the whales shit in order to get money.

@Fade – Welcome back yourself! Yeah that CD angle is going to allow you to stack chips to parlay that into the next hustle. The next hustle will parlay into the business. The beauty of it is you created 3 ways to make money 2 hustles and a business. So you will be recession proof as you perfected all 3 on the way up.

I’m pretty sure those books are on audio if you check Amazon but I’m sure if you look for them on google they are floating around. Actually the reason why I made a podcast is exactly for cats like you who do headphones the majority of your day. When I was in NY everyone wore headphones so I knew I had to get in their head a different way.

@Ed – It’s Chip Season for sure. Starting with that Back to School angle all the way til Christmas cats are coming out of their pockets.

On the Stock front Amazon always does well heading toward christmas. AMZN is the symbol

The way people explain passion that’s why no one ever gets wealthy. The passion comes from being good at something and that usually means you are making money at it or you are being recognized for it. Then your determination to bring it into being turns into passion. I think people don’t like saying they want money so they come up with cornball reasons like they are passionate. I’m passionate about eating so I need to create the business that keeps me eating..

@AB – Crack of Dawn podcast huh? You aren’t the only one as I got questioned the same way in school. I’m like I want to make money to hell with how I get it. I went to college thinking it would get me more money not that I would turn into Van Gogh!

Yeah the reinforcers of Brokeness will make you feel bad like you shouldn’t want money but instead want to be the greatest worker ever. They are brainwashed homie and they don’t have any chips so it got to go in one ear and out the other. Me, I just tell them what they want to hear and move on as I don’t got time to convert people I’ll leave that up to the preachers. You’re on the right track and when you own 20 houses pulling in 20K a month you’ll laugh at passion really means in this world and that is Passion to be Broke and act like you like it.

@BElite – Bruh I’m glad you are getting the structure ready to receive chips. So many people fail because they don’t got their permits and company structure ready.

This year I’ll fill in more of the blanks when it comes to starting your business. That way you can build, protect and annihilate cats who come against the empire! Yeah, we’re building empires here!

Damn Freeman how old were you when you out here in Baltimore cuz I know you aren’t that old. So you had this mentality early early early on them.

Great website and thanks for the podcast. I got to put my nephew up on you so he can get his money right.

  7. R&G wrote:

WB aka West Baltimore aka Warn A Brother huh? I was out there when I was 23 years old so as you can see I wasn’t too seasoned but I knew I was there to make money.

The earlier you get the knowledge the faster you get on top of the game. You don’t have to teach you just have to make them listen. It will manifest in their life as they hit different points on the path to the chips.

What’s goin down Freeman and everyone else on the R&G! First time poster long time listener. Yup, I’m the dude from New Hampshire lol. This has become my favorite website of all time lol. I love the passion in this podcast. My mom always asks me what I want to do? What business I want to start? What do I enjoy doing? And I can never think of anything seperate from something that puts money in my pocket. Whatever that be.

The thing that excites me is having enough money to not have to worry about money. If that makes sense. I always try to explain that to people, but it never seems to make sense to them. Like that’s too low of an aim in life. This podcast hit home. Thanks, Freeman.

  13. R&G wrote:

“having enough money to not have to worry about money” – is exactly what I think I want too. But, since I know how to get that why not go for the empire huh?

I got another podcast coming up about money (of course) that will explain that thinking even further. Glad this podcast hit home as it’s common sense but rarely talked about like we are sinning to think of money in the way of accumulating it.

WHOOOOAAAA! Freeman that was a fantastic podcast! Its great to see you back after your vacation and hitting us with the knowledge.
My passion has always been money the more the better. i have always hid that passion for fear of being criticize and having to explain why when i dont really have the time to explain. I did the loan sharking and chewing tobacco hustle while in the military and made a nice chunk of money. Right now i’m a family man and am trying to find something that i can do and make money again. I hate being broke!!

Anyways Freeman as always your blog is the best of the internet and we grinders are with you ready and eager to learn the game

  15. R&G wrote:

It seems that’s a common theme for everyone to avoid telling the truth without receiving some criticism. Well on the R&G you can say it plain as I know exactly why we go to work and that’s to make money.

Yeah being Broke is a disease and Hustle is the cure!

Hey I learn a lot from everyone else so the more we share we are going to boil it down to the pure and then we can sell it!

Whew freeman when you talk I think everyone is forced to listen. It’s not just what you say it’s how you say it and then you spin it into rhyme to make us not forget it.

I love this site and what your overall goal is. I know you want us to start our own business and build the BMC so we don’t have to ask to be equal. Some ask others and some tell others what’s coming. You definitely are telling!

  17. R&G wrote:

Thanks for the compliment but as long as it’s said and people understand then who says it isn’t important. Booker T. Washington said it first I’m just a cat who updated the same basic belief in current times.

There is a solution it’s just we want the one where people change and that isn’t what happens in history. People don’t change to make things fair the other group finally decides it’s time to be fair to themselves.

Exactly. I was telling my friend who wants to become a “biologist” I am going to start a business based off T-shirts. He then makes a slick comment “To each his own, I would rather work and earn something than a get rich quick scheme. I would rather have something I do that I will be know for and famous”. Come on man your saying that your not motivated by money but your over hear going to school for your masters and doctors? I am about the money and I am not afraid to admit it. I am not hear looking to be famous, or better yet broke and famous. lol

  19. R&G wrote:

People don’t want to understand. They are still caught up in being recognized and appreciated instead of making money. Like you said Broke and Famous is what they really want to be.

See most educated people think to start a business that makes money on simple things is STUPID! So if you said you were going to make M&M’s they would say that’s not better than being a lawyer. But if you can make billions off of chocolate it won’t be stupid for long.

Look don’t look for people to understand Money! They are still plugged into the matrix going to get in line at the cafeteria. You and I have to own the cafeteria or the trough where are all the pigs and cows feed!
