Black Titan – Book Review

Reading time: 1 – 2 minutes

If you have no real definition of Hustle this is the book that will probably put even my idea of Hustle to shame.  A.G Gaston pretty much took what I’m advocating on this blog and ran with it to epic proportions. From being a young cat selling sandwiches to owning banks and hotels this is a case study in Hustle. The things this Man figured out on the way up from bottom rock should be case studied by all Black folks hesitating to get in the game.

Truth be told I didn’t even realize this cats importance until almost a year ago. I read the book a long while ago and only in my trips down South did I start to see what he built. A lot of this kind of history is lost in some old family pictures at Big Mama’s house but I’m glad someone felt the need to makes sure we knew about A.G Gaston…

Vertical integration is the Key to this book and it’s pretty much the Key to a Do for Self Business!

The guy is impressive especially since the angles he took to get there are pure hustle. That’s one of my favorite books to read as cat’s don’t think 1 + 1 = 2. They don’t think small steps lead to major steps so they give up. But, this cat did exactly what I tell people to do here. Get in the game and keep grinding and something big will manifest.
