Outsmart the Money – Podcast

Reading time: 1 – 2 minutes

They pay you to do your job and nothing else. People give you money for giving them what they want not for giving them what you want. There is no such thing as a corporate hustle just a bunch of people caught up in the politics of another man’s game. People imply all kinds of ghosts and powers and recognition all from a simple game that only promised to give you money for your time. Blame it on their education or blame it on their upbringing but there seems to be a lot of cats who outsmart the money. They end up fired, on welfare or losing it all because they thought their opinion was valued when money only values production…..

@AM/PM – Welcome – Well if it’s wrong make it right otherwise chalk it up to the game. This podcast is just to put a nail in the coffin on cats believing the BS. People got to much of their rights ready to come out their mouth when a business is a dictatorship. Punch the Clock, Make Money and Go home until you come up with a way to make more money. That’s the game!

@JNati – Welcome – Glad the In the Black February tutorials could be of service to you. Let me know how the start up is going as if it works I could write it up for other cats to capitalize on.

Yes it’s K.I.S.S and K.I.M aka Keep It Moving!

I’m laughing to myself about people complaining then getting fired thinking they will get unemployment benefits. I’m on the phone everyday with people either wondering why they can’t get benefits or why they can get extensions. The simple answer to those questions is because they didn’t play their part they stepped out of line one way of the other. I’m learning more and more to just do what I was hired to do and leave. This method has work for me thus far being that I have just got my five years in with the state and have already had three promotions. I realize it a means to an end and don’t entertain myself in workplace gossip. I think that co-workers love to see that one person who thinks that he or she knows everything or is outspoken step out of line because it’s like the train wreck waiting to happen.

You are like the evil lady at the unemployment office huh? I’m waiting on your blog so you can tell me a day in the life of dealing with people and rejecting them over all the stupid things they do.

You know probably more than most when it comes to people getting fired for feeling themselves. If anyone would sit down and think about it they will know in a crowd the guy who is quiet and effective gets noticed. It’s like the exact opposite of what most people have been preaching but since people want to be a star and they think being the best toll booth operator means something they get fired.

You would think this kind of angle is common sense but the more you run into people this kind of sense isn’t too common.

No I’m not the lady that you can see face to face, I’m the lady that you can talk to over the phone. I’m so glad about that cause people have got killed working in the offices where people can walk into for assistance. Phew!

I also think that another problem with people trying to do too much is the people who do little to nothing. These are the type of people with no “get go” in them, can not get ahead and will always be looking for another job or stuck in their position.

And indeed, common sense is rare!

Yeah you got the right position because anyone doling out money needs to be behind bulletproof glass as the bank knows that.

Well there are two kinds of people in most of your businesses the people who want something and the people who don’t want to be caught doing nothing. The Do nothings usually are your gossip people or they have some weird personality trait and have been there forever so even the supervisors are scared to fire them…

If common sense was common I wouldn’t get anyone looking at this website for sure…
