Financing A Dream – Podcast
Reading time: 1 – 2 minutes
All of the people you know are not rich. Even the ones you see on TV they aren’t really that rich. I mean the way they calculate being rich is based on how much credit they can be loaned and everything they have to show for it is on lease from the bank. If they really had the money you would never hear of the so called rich filling bankruptcy. Bankruptcy actually means they are unable to pay back the debts they owe SO that means they probably had money in their pockets but it belonged to someone else. This podcast is a testimonial of exposing the lie that is put on TV because most of these cats are just financing their dreams and you are a sucker for believing it…

You gotta admit that the credit game is like a drug, I got credit only last year really, before that I dealt strictly with cash but it was getting hard to do simple stuff like getting a cell phone contract etc…Now my credit score is lovely and I got those banks calling me every week offering to lend me money, I mean, it seems so simple, they say, just come and sign this paper and walk away with your cash to do whatever you want, it is so tempting…
I did catch a few of those Suze Orman show and it’s true people kept calling asking about what they wanted to buy and she kept shutting their dreams down LOL
Also once I caught a show on Oprah, long time ago I think since I never really watch her and she was showing the same thing you said, that many peeps we think are living large are actually barely keeping 1 step ahead of their bills, it was very eye opening.
Some good game, it will be hard for many to absorb because we are bombarded with ads about living our dreams through the credit system.
The whole system is set up on credit and extending credit. You hear it on the news you hear it everywhere when in actuality cash is King! The banks will keep calling and sending you checks so you can be in debt to them and they hope you don’t pay back on time.
Now I’m not saying not to use debt to buy your house or your car but let’s not act like you actually own it until you really own it. So many people are jealous that someone got a deal with the devil which isn’t anything to be happy about really. Credit is a means to you owning something more than you can afford. In exchange for getting dicked in interest you can have a nice house and 90% of the world is alright with that.
I didn’t see that Oprah show but I have my ways of checking what people owe too and you’d be surprised that people are material rich and cash poor. Instead of living within their means and building they decided to look it and never really have it.
Cats have to see the bigger picture and start to think about credit as a means to a end instead of the means to offend! It’s harder than you think because the smartest cat in the world will come and fight me on it knowing debt means you don’t have any damn money!
Another thing people do is they start a corporation or LLC and lease Mercedes and SUV trucks and front hard in it. They must want to be like the corner store preacher who drive Caddys off his church tithes.
The best way for someone to show off is to build something for others, not show off material things that depreciate in value. Build a park on an empty lot for the kids and parents in the hood to play in or sponsor a girl basketball team for the entire season.
Brothas and sistas need to stop all of that fronting and get back to what matters..
Well I don’t fault them the game is setup for you to leverage your life for the sake of a new car. Women rather have the new dress and fellas would rather have the new watch.
You know me I recognize it and I think of them as my customers. Anyone who wants to really make money would recognize the copycat mentality of most people and supply them with what they really crave! ATTENTION!
The cats who figured it out did exactly what you are talking about. They built the park named after their mother, they built the business that employs thousands and they built the school that turned the ghetto into up and coming area.
Those who can see the bigger picture just have to execute their plan and know their funding might come from the idiots. That’s the way the country is set up so if we all want to be effective we now recognize our funding source.
We are known for fronting! We finance the truck, rims and we pay for the gas with a credit card.
I pay for all my expenses cash. My car, furniture, expenses, vacations are all paid for. We am 3 years away from paying off the house.
How? I kept more than 1 stream of income. No personal loans. No consumer debt homey!
I pay myself first!
Your podcast is real talk!
Thanks! People just don’t realize what they are doing as they are trading away their stability for the opportunity to ride in a new car. If everyone was bottomlined and understood that it was their life they are trading away I think they would hesitate on encumbering theirselves so freely.
