No Better Just Know Better – Podcast

Reading time: 1 – 2 minutes

A lot of people think people are better than them because of what they have achieved in life. They think somehow someway GOD lined up their life better than GOD lined up theirs. I’ve run into this all of my life when people hear about me from the outside. Only when they actually hear what I went through to get here do they sit back and know I’m no better and probably even worse than them. The answer I always give everyone is I’m No better I just Know better and that came from me vigorously looking for a way out of my situation. Money logically comes to mind as the one thing that I could concentrate on that would alleviate most of my problems. This podcast is me doing my best to explain just that…

Keep giving us money.edu, Freeman. When people can see a “regular” guy making his way, it gives inspiration to the rest of us. Good podcast.

You know what’s funny? Even if you find out the cat is a regular guy after a while people make him some celebrity. Then from the celebrity he writes a book like he is special. Then the cat on the bottom thinks he is sitting at the feet of a sage when in actuality he’s a cornball.

Like I said the game is free but are people going to sit down and read and try the angles presented. You can’t be rich if you don’t go out there and try to be rich! I know people think they can be rich without doing anything but besides the lotto I don’t know how it can happen. We have to get the necessary information to setup shop and then we have to execute. That’s the whole hustle.

Another good one! One thing though, can you, if you must have music in the background, can have it much much lower than you voice? I do not know if it’s just me but it makes it hard to listen to the game being laid out.
That aside, your point about that Kiyosaki guy struck home, I read a few of his books along with some partners and one of them is stuck into the going to seminars thing, every other weekend, there is a crazy expensive seminar for leadership, or setting up goals or other subject…Reading R&G.com is making me realize my errors, my hustles have been delayed because instead of going out and making that money we are trying to be too fancy about the money game, we make those nice business plans and then figure out that we have no budget for actually realizing them. Sometimes the difference is all about the grind itself, get out there and do it.

On the background music thing I’ll find a way to lower it a bit more but each song kind of has it’s high and lows and I have to adjust each time. Either way I’ll do better next time I hope.

Kiyosaki is really smart but after you read the 1st book he doesn’t seem to add too much on top of it. I think people keep coming because they turn into groupies instead of just getting the information. But, he is a hustler himself and he keeps cranking out books which has replaced the real estate hustle now it’s just a book hustle.

Everyone does the College angle on Hustle which is backwards. College and Education just enhances your raw no talent needed hustle. If you were making cakes as a side hustle now Education turns it into Sara Lee. People are full of paperwork and procedures instead of producing a product and seeing what happens. But, if they stop and realized it they would see how useless all that crap really is.

You kept going to spam for some reason. I’ll check it out..

@Freeman Don’t get rid of the music lol. Keep giving us the good podcast. This podcast had me thinking about a lot at job I hate and will be leaving . So many of my coworkers give up their dignity at job to a manager they think is better then them because they don’t know better. I see this everyday.

Don’t worry I won’t get rid of the music. I know that would be like a school lecture if I didn’t put some beat behind it. So don’t worry about the music it’s staying I’m just going to work on keeping it in the background at a lower level.

Ignorance is the reason why people don’t Know Better. Cat’s have to keep on reading and trying to really get on top of the game. All the worries about if someone is a better person than you is just ignorant. It’s obvious that all they did was go to school and so can you. The real question you have to ask yourself is are you going to Know Better than them and keep Knowing Better than them. That is the real discipline of the Hustle.

Oh yeah stay tuned on the Job Angle I got a podcast coming up in two weeks talking about that specifically.

I absolutely loved this! It’s just like I keep telling people, just take a chance. People just keep acting like they can’t succeed when there are so many examples of people with less (mentally, physically, financially, etc.) then them who have made at least some success. The most frustrating thing is when people don’t realize that they actually have nothing to lose because they actually have nothing; but they still won’t make even the simplest of moves to better their situation.

Oh and please don;t take the music away! By the way, “What You See Is What You Get” is like a personal theme song for me. So thanks for putting that up.

90% of starting a business is conquering yourself. Some cats want to some how become worthy of making money. The funny thing is most of these cats who are on top come from extreme poverty like Depression poverty. You’re right all someone has to do is take a chance and see what happens.

Growth comes from being in uncomfortable situations and fighting to make them comfortable. You have to take a chance to move forward.

I won’t get rid of the music. I just have to put it more in the background by lowering the volume in comparison to my voice. Without the music it will be a long ass lecture college style and I can’t stand those. Yeah the Xzibit song is one of my favorites and the video has to be one of the best ever.

And this is why I waited for your podcast. I know some people might think you are raw but I know you are trying to tell me the truth. I appreciate that more than you know. You read those books and people are hiding the ball but when I tune into the Rise & Grind I get the truth and some humor. I know sometimes you aren’t trying to be humorous but I had to stop listening to it at lunch and do it in the morning or on the way home.

You got me when you said when you’re looking for someone to put you on you have to admit that yourself you are a weak man! Damn damn that stuck me because it’s the truth. I think you know the buzz words that make any Man stop for a second and check his nuts. This was definitely one of those why am I not where I need to be podcasts. Had to look in the mirror and say Damn!

Real talk everyone who starts a business would be better off if you were honest with yourself. Got to know your own tendencies, weaknesses and strengths. Anyone and Everyone who goes out to attach to someone else’s hustle to get to the top is admitting as a ADULT that they are weak. PERIOD! There is no way of getting around it no matter how you try to justify it.

You’re right I am not trying to be funny. Sometimes as I’m saying something it makes me laugh mid-sentence because I am remembering in my head a situation that I lived through while tell you. I had to pull out a couple of F-bombs on this one as I got a little to in the moment for that podcast. Next time I’ll put up a NC-17 sticker on the Hustle. LMBAO

Great podcast. Making the decision to start a business is especially hard for me right now because everything is going good at work, but ownership keeps calling me!

Hey if the job is going good then stack chips so you can start the business at your leisure. You can even start the business while you’re working there by having someone else run it and you check in on it in the afternoon or on lunch. You can rub your belly and hop on one foot at the same time believe me.

    It’s not a Either/Or it’s a AND!
