Use whatever you got whether you call it will, revenge, GOD or natural selection. I tried to quantify the unquantifiable and like most people I return to giving credit to GOD. Putting together the pieces of success with no formal training or no outside intervention is damn near a miracle. We see it happen so much that we know it’s in us like a baby learning to walk. We just have to tap into it and do something with it.

Having a belief in a higher power (Buddha, Yahweh, Jehovah, or whoever you prefer) will definitely give you faith in times of need and strengthen your desire to hustle. We can all use a little help sometimes.

Game can be explained and people can be trained but usually it comes down to a simple choice of doing it because that’s all you got. Most people who don’t have training go into it saying Why NOT and most people who have been trained say the same WHY NOT but they are pointing out why they won’t do it. Most of your stories that are in these books are from people with no formal training that’s why it’s a great story.

Training helps to teach people how to be managers but not too much else. 2nd generation kids usually saw how hard their parents worked and want to do something completely different. When you do see a family member continue the company it’s usually in a more manager role. The entreprenuership has died and usually has to be hired back into the company to keep it relevant.
