Ideology

No one does it exactly the same as another unless you guys are reading from the same book. Underneath everyone who is confidently trying to get money lies their real reason. Most people I run into will never reveal their true reasons but I usually do. I AIN”T GOING BACK! Other people have self-esteem issues and need money to validate their existence. Others are trying to be the King of Kings in their field.  While others really want to change the world.

No matter the reason you will start to argue over Ideology when it comes to money. An ideology is a set of aims and ideas that directs one’s goals, expectations, and actions. You would think since we all want to make money we wouldn’t engage in this kind of arguing but it’s not the money at issue here as much as the way to get it. I myself have had deals fall apart when I felt uncomfortable on the direction at which someone was going to make money. Now it’s nothing illegal but when my money is on the line I want to make sure I agree with the vision.

Most of the time I keep to a minimum the differences we may have in ideology. In fact, sometimes I don’t even want to talk about it and concentrate on black and white results because the person next to me is a natural born idiot but he knows this certain area and as long as we stay in that area I can fall back.

Bottom Line: This will come up and there isn’t a real solution. Just try to stay on point with the reason you are there and avoid getting into any conversations about why they think a certain way.
