You always hear that Leaders and anyone who is successful was Born that Way! A lot of successful Suckers write books and create legendary status about people like all George Washington did was chopped down the cherry tree. The problem with this thinking is when you really investigate it these cats are normal cats who applied what they know. It’s just people want to believe they are Born this way so when they fail it can be blamed on GOD! Well this podcast is removing all doubt on whether Businessman are BORN or Made! DOWNLOAD HERE

First the baby got me laughing a bit, but the biology example used in the podcast is on point. I never thought of it that way but now I will!
Just downloaded it and about to play it on the drive in this morning. So I’ll be back to give you some feedback.
@on the move – Yeah I had to find something less graphic than a baby being born to get my point so I found that picture on a car website. The biology analogy is to show everyone that you might not start the next subway but you can sell cold cuts! There is a process but few rarely stick to the script and that’s why they fail. The whole game is step by step it’s just cat’s don’t like to color within the lines.

I agree with your view. You aren’t born to be a businessman; you’re born with a desire to succeed. However, even that can be developed and molded by your environment. Being broke will cause people to think of creative ways of getting money.
OK I’m back! You’re example of a franchise is on point! You’re right they do bring you in and teach you game so how come most people think it’s something special when they have a blueprint? When you said you were scared I think that’s what it really is! The idea of stepping out is scary and until someone can conquer theirselves they will come up with a million excuses.
I had to pass this on to one of my patna’s because I’ve heard this same excuse before! You wrong for calling people cowards but I know that’s the real way you think about it. How can we be ready to beat someone’s ass but hesitate to take over a block to make snaps!
@TrueMan – I agree that it can be developed by your environment. Mostly everyone I grew up with sold dope or some illegal hustle but as a kid it was the example to make money! So for as long as I can remember I have always been thinking of ways to make money whether that be recycling cans or selling candy out of my pockets.
The issue to me is everyone is looking for some trigger and the trigger is your current path ain’t going to work! So what else do you need?
@Califormula – The franchise is proof for anyone who still believes it’s a GOD given talent. Truth be told all hustles and all things money can be set up in bullet form. There is a step 1-12 that everyone must complete.
Coward just stings when you say it to another man and wakes them up but it’s always been funny to me that no matter what man you walk into whether college educated or not when you say lets start a business and take over the block they all tuck their tail!

What you said about opening business made me laugh because I knew cats in the hood coming to me talking about getting a city permit and all that other boolsh*t to run a business. I told them to just print up some flyers, pass them out with their phone number and wait for calls, if they get calls, then they in business. But they didn’t listen and got so caught up with the red tape, they didn’t launch the business.
I was overhearing a conversation about breeding and I thought about this podcast. The dude was talking about breeding and being groomed at birth. We don’t choose our family, but it is the responsiblity of the family to groom and breed from birth to own your own business and do for self.
Then I heard the most distrubing thing. He was like why I have to born black? If we can’t save the world at least we can do as Noah did and saved his family. Many businessmen/women teach their children or nephews and nieces. Even if the rest of the family don’t listen grab the children they are more adapt to not to be cowards.
Hey sometimes if the fellas won’t go help take over take the ladies. They’ll help build and then go back in and make it all pretty and stuff lol.
@Ed – Man you get it from both sides! The cats with degrees want to get permits before they sell anything and the cats on the street have things to sell but want the permit so they don’t get taken to jail. There are so many artificial bars created for people that prevent them from making money that it’s a real shame.
@Freedom – First, who talks about humans in terms of breeding but that’s a whole other story. Second, “good breeding” just gives you a better chance but it’s no guarantee of anything. In fact most people who are successful come from broken homes and had a unusually harsh life so breeding or not doesn’t mean anything when it comes to sheer will!
A lot of people think their skin is their sin but there’s a lot of things we can do. We aren’t living in the 20′s and lynching isn’t rampant so there’s a lot of things we can do. Any black person who says that watches too much TV because no one is blatantly stopping you anymore and even if you meet someone who is you can get around them pretty easily.
Cowards or Courageous that’s something you can’t decide on your children’s behalf. If you teach them early then most will just do what they know and not worry about fear. We just have a real issue with dissemination of information in our race that’s why ignorance is cured so fast because we want to know but no one is telling. All my friends who sold dope just wanted to make a lot of money but school wasn’t teaching life skills it was teaching books.
Women are the key because a young man wants to please his mom. She can’t make him a man but she can definitely make him smart. I’m the product of a very focused mother who taught me politics, business, religion and all that she knew. Now she prayed I made it through my teenage years of trying to be a man and I did.

But, to your point regarding stepping outside and peeping-out the prevailing industries where money/wealth appears to be gravitating!! That right there resonates w/my line of thinking, its not new, but its profound and its paramount when persuing major chips!!
Gold rushes don’t happen in old mines and unless you have a new crazy ingenious angle then we should avoid many of the current mines (if i can use that analogy)because you’ll only be left w/scraps and fools gold. Go to where the money is, thats where we need to focus our efforts; on the ball marked “the money is here”!!
My personal pick for the next big gold rush is: Alternative Energy, if you need more info on that Google ya bwoy Van Jones, he was Obama’s Green Czar, b4 “they” did ‘em dirty…but, i won’t go into that one!

LOL he was talking about breeding dogs. You are right no one really refers to humans as breeding, but it was biology some I rolled with it LOL.
He’s unemployed so he’s having a difficult time right now. Kinda singing the woo is me song right now. He has a BS degree in pyschology and still can’t find a job right now.
I agree with you about some blacks think their skin is sin. And some think it is a death trap. There is a real issue with dissemination of information in our race. That’s why it’s important to create and Afrocentric education to teach our children life skills and book knowledge too, or the streets will do half for some and the schools for the others, regardless of broken or sturdy homes.

@Marc – Well you know that KFC grilled chicken has no grills so how are they putting on the grill marks. Either they come that way or they have a George Foreman in the back!
I’m not saying that an original thought won’t work but in this time you need to match your dreams up with something that people already want. They have been selling coffee for a while but Starbucks took it to the next level with a experience, but even that cat took something that was already there and added on to it. Then they took it a step further and put a drive thru on it and now people are drinking coffee out of convenience instead of needing it to wake up! GENUIS!
I like ALT-ENERGY too but what is the ground level buy in for average folk? No one has told me how Green Energy is going to be something for cats with 10K to jump into. So while it’s a GOLD rush we don’t have a pan to sift the gold!
It’s my pleasure man as I’m just telling what I know. I’m still learning just like you and I’m not that old I’m in my early 30′s! My goal is to talk straight to everyone and make it enjoyable at the same time. I just know if I would’ve had someone tell me straight, remove all the fake obstacles and really give me actionable information I would have made Rise & Grind in my early 20′s. So consider it me trying to help Young FreeMan in Compton pissed off at the world because I was willing to do anything but had no idea on how to go about getting it!

If he has a degree then he needs to go into the medical field and get in on the ground level. Medical and Oil are the only things still hiring and medical will definitely take a upgrade. But he’s probably caught up in believing he’s worth more when what people are willing to pay is what he’s worth!
My mother thinks I’m crazy but she thinks I have a interesting life. Believe me she has tried to get me to settle at like 20 jobs I had in the past. She thought when I was 21 and in a great spot she would say STOP that’s a good job. Then when I got up and started a business she was blown away and now we laugh at the past when she would tell me to stop. She kept telling me you should stop there now you can get married you’re a good catch now! LOL so we laugh but don’t think I didn’t give her a heart attack or two when I threw it all away and said I’m going to start my own!
I love that biology analogy. I mean that says it all right there. On that note, I swear I feel like just slapping the living shit out of anyone who still blames all of our problems on slavery. Not even a respectable punch, but an open handed slap in the mouth! Don’t get me wrong, there is a very real negative legacy that we’re carrying. But got damn, I can count and so can you!
I had cats arguing with me over the use of Biology as a parallel to business. I stuck to my guns and I’m glad people appreciate it.
People might not say it out loud but when enough idiots get around each other someone brings up the slave mentality. If we pee on ourselves some crazy psychologists say in Kemet blacks peed on thierselves to cure snake bites.
