The Cycle Podcast
Reading time: 1 – 2 minutes
Everyone is on some sort of cycle as most people have planned out their life. If they haven’t planned out their life then they just follow everyone else who seem to know what they’re doing. The issue for us is asking is this cycle we are on leading us to the end we want?

Whew! So it’s almost like a tradition! Like you said What Are We Doing! LOL
People are just repeating the same LOSING ways of life and then dying. It’s a maze of BS that most people are going through. Chasing temporary enjoyment through life whether it be by clothes, houses or cars and then dying saying they lived a good life.
Most are plugged into the system and will die reinforcing something that never gets them to the top of the hill.
I co-sign this podcast LOL. I think people are conditioned as you stated. Most times starting from the day of conception. However, the top is merely more than money it is a legacy of values. We as a black race are failing to educate ourselves and our children on the fundamentals needed to break mind cycles. As you stated your mom did a great job showing you the way, then so how you figured out that-that way still wasn’t enough and it was missing something that you still needed.
We have to grab our children by the hand and show them a new way, even if it goes against everything or many things we were taught as a child ourselves. When we know better we should to better so that we can churn out a new generation of black children that go to colleges and university to get an education to build a business so that they can control their time and resources. And then go out there and teach the next generation of this non-slave mentality.
In American, African Americans have too many tools at our disposal and figertips from libraries to mass transportation systems to not be in a better position financial, mental, and collectively as a people.
I guess as you mentioned in the podcast a light bulb went off in you to stop the cycle in with your family. And I know many more light bulbs have gone off just from some of the people I encounter that it is time to end unproductive cycles that keep us improvished and begging folks for a job who have no intention of giving us job like the dude in the video, even if you have paid your debt to society the only way to have a surplus is to do for self like our ancestors did when they didn’t have anybody but each to pool money with and sell and buy goods and services from. We have to build a market to keep money flowing through our hands to show our children how to end LOSING cycle! We have to read our history and other cultures history too and get off this amusement park ride that many of our families have been on for centuries.
You watched the Video! I featured that Cam’ron video to enhance this podcast.
What I get more mad at is cats aren’t even learning what their parents did. I mean if your Mom is a nurse you would think your Mom would teach her children to be a Nurse. I mean it’s simple to pass on what you know and that means everyone should at least be able to get the same job as their parents. That’s what shocks me because people aren’t even doing that.
The cycle is just a burden of debt that never allows anyone to build. If you keep getting the school loans, the mortgages, the car notes, then you pay for your children school loans you’re going to die having nothing. The cycle is easy to break but we have to show how. Most people are scared to try, they are afraid to lose nothing when they have nothing at all.
I just wanted to bring light to it because many people who say they are smart still are in this cycle. It’s just they have a legacy of master degrees but that just makes you a expert slave for someone else until you start your own and do for self!
Nice podcast..going to have to listen on my way to work instead of these lame radio cats who keep playing the same song and talk about the same thing everyday on the radio…
Thanks for the compliment! I stopped listening to radio once Steve Harvey started celebrating stupidity with the Hoodie Awards. Then they shortened the top 10 to the top 3 and that’s when I started doing my own thing with music.
I’ll try to keep it edutainment!
Man this sounds real familiar! It’s just like the question I’ve been asking for years: why are there new crack-heads, when everybody sees what crack has done to everyone else that’s used it? Break the damn cycle today!
But on the other hand I have to remember that the overwhelming majority of people are sheep. Therefore, everybody can not get off the track that they have been put on. So it makes perfect sense that they will never break free from the cycle. I hope you keep working to free folks from the matrix though. Some of them can actually be saved.
By the way, I hope folks don’t discount you’re touching on the potential necessity for a personal physical commitment (so to speak) to getting ahead. If you’re in business for yourself, you may find out the hard way that everyone is not playing by the usual rules of civility. Unless you’re prepared for it. Personally, I stay in shape just in case negotiations break down and my winning smile just ain’t enough.
Man, you ask the same question I ask about crack. I mean how can another cat try crack when it’s obvious you can’t win.
Well I just want to do my part to talk straight to people because that other BS ain’t what it really is. No one in this game is acting right. I’ve been around cats cheating on their wives, stealing money, running game on their employees, preachers making money off of followers. In fact most good people try to isolate themselves from how business really goes down. It’s just everyone talks like this ish is fun and games like making money doesn’t involve you taking it from someone else. We got to stay in shape if you want to win this war!
Hopefully some cats woke up and realize the cycle is nothing but a losing way. Just sell crap on Ebay and you broke it. Anything damn it will work, and I mean opening a candy house will do it.
I LOVE this podcast! Helps keep my focus on my focus.
I’m glad you like it! I wanted people to realize what exactly is going on and how all it takes is one of us to change and the whole cycle comes to an end.
