The Working Man is a Sucker

The Working Man is a Sucker! As innocent as this statement was spoken by little Colangelo in the movie Bronx Tale it is true to this day. Working for someone else and thinking you are going to get ahead is Bass Ackwards!
Now if you ran a business would you ever pay anyone more than what you get paid? Do the Cavaliers pay LeBron James more than what they make off of him. Now to most LeBron is paid but in reality he is only getting paid 10% of what he may bring to the Cavaliers in ticket sales, jersey sales and even the beer bought at the game. So if the person who runs the business is not going to give you more than what he makes how are you going to get ahead. Also, ask yourself why in the world would the owner pay you enough that you don’t need to come into work tomorrow.
Most people go through life thinking a good job with benefits make them rich. They think because they get one more week vacation or that they get off of work one hour earlier than everyone else somehow they are getting over. They believe since their job is easy they are actually not working at all but collecting a check. The truth is there is no way on God’s Green earth or in Hell that you can be rich by sitting up under someone else. All the BS you hear of someone having a good Boss or that they might leave the business to the good employee is a Crack pipe dream.
Many will defend their jobs by saying they don’t have to worry about how they are going to make money. Many will say they never wanted much in the first place. Many will say that the well off are just lucky. Many will say God will give me all my riches. Many will say they are a loyal like that is a noble trait that overrides the loss. Many will say everyone can’t run a business because who is going to work for them. Real talk there are plenty of people who will never start a business so don’t worry about who is going to work for you. The real question is why are you still working for them!
Bottom Line – Until you start your own business you are losing in every which way!

Agreed! Yes it is just that simple.
Just wanted to do a PSA knocking down all the BS someone might hear when they start a business. I don’t know how anyone who gets a check from someone else believes they will always pay them but still won’t believe in themselves. It’s just backwards thinking!
